RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Returns and exchanges are not accepted once an order has shipped, unless the item received is incorrect.

Due to the handmade nature of each item, every piece is unique with variations in size and color.

  • If you have any concerns, feel free to reach out — I'm happy to provide additional photos or details.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Within 2 Hours of Purchase

  • Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of being placed. However, please note that a transaction fee (typically 2.9% + processing fee, depending on your payment method) will be deducted from your refund to cover non-refundable payment processing costs.

After 2 Hours of Purchase

  • If more than 2 hours have passed since placing your order, please contact me as soon as possible.
  • If your order has not yet been packed, I’ll do my best to accommodate your request. However, once an order is packed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

To request a cancellation, please email me at unumcornu.ceramics@gmail.com and include your order number.

 

REFUNDS

You will be notified if your cancellation was approved or not.

  • If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. 
  • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since I have approved your return, please contact me at unumcornu.ceramics@gmail.com.

 

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Each item is carefully inspected before packaging, but accidents can happen during shipping, especially with delicate ceramics.

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact me immediately if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect so I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your item arrives damaged, please email me within 48 hours with clear photos of the damaged piece, the shipping box (with all labels visible), and any packaging materials. This will help me determine the best solution and assist with initiating an insurance claim if applicable.

I am not responsible for damage resulting from everyday use or from the misuse of products.
