PROCESSING TIME

Orders are generally shipped within 5 business days via USPS Priority Mail.

  • I will make an announcement if there are any delays in processing time.

 

SHIPPING

Shipping via USPS Priority Mail offers a reliable and cost-effective option for fragile items. Domestic delivery typically takes 2–3 business days, though delays may occur during peak holiday seasons.

  • Up to $100 insurance is included with each shipment.
  • If you’d like additional insurance, please email unumcornu.ceramics@gmail.com within 2 hours of placing your order.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size of the package, and destination.

  • Despite our best efforts, delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order.

  • Packages returned due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses will require the customer to cover the cost of reshipping.

 

TRACKING

You’ll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your item ships.

Please note that once your package is handed over to the mail carrier, we have no control over transit times or any issues that may occur during delivery.

Your tracking number allows you to monitor the progress of your shipment and can also be used to file an insurance claim directly through the USPS website should your package become delayed, lost or arrive damaged.

  • It is the purchaser’s responsibility to initiate and manage any claims.
  • However, if you have questions about the process, feel free to reach out — I’m happy to assist where I can.

 

PACKAGING

To ensure your ceramics arrive safely, each item is carefully packed with protective materials to minimize the risk of damage during transit.

We prioritize eco-friendly and sustainable packaging whenever possible.

Some materials in your shipment may be repurposed from packages I’ve received.

 

LOCAL PICKUP

If you're local to San Francisco and prefer pickup, select 'local pickup' at checkout, and I'll reach out to arrange a convenient time and location with no additional fee.
